                Recommend action by school be accepted with reprimand issued and administration acknowledged for self-reporting - Dixon - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 3.1, accepted school’s actions, no forfeitures required by the school, the student’s eligibility to be reinstated;  Hannibal - Self-reported a violation of By-Laws 3.1.3b, 3.14.6, and Board Policy #24, accepted school’s actions, no forfeitures required, the school is to reduce the football program to 18 contact days this summer;  Lewis and Clark MS - Self-reported a violation of By-Laws 3.13.2 and 3.14.5, accepted school’s actions, no forfeitures required, students’ eligibility to be reinstated, coach to request reinstatement in writing for approval if he wishes to coach at a MSHSAA school in the future;  Linn - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 3.1, no forfeitures required, all coaches must be placed on the MSHSAA website going forward;  Marshfield - Self-reported a violation of By-Laws 3.10, 3.4, and 2.3, accepted school’s actions, school to forfeit contests in which ineligible player participated, school needs to understand the importance of double checking grades and rosters to ensure eligible students are representing them;  Missouri Military Acad. - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 3.14.2, accepted school’s actions, no forfeitures required;  Platte County - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 4.2.3, accepted school’s actions, school to forfeit rating of ineligible student;  Potosi - Self-reported a violation of By-Laws 2.3 and 3.4, accepted school’s actions, to forfeit all games played in by ineligible player, once student regains eligibility he must sit out the first three contests o that season;  Rockwood Summit - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 5.5.1.c, accepted school’s actions, no forfeitures required, student to be reinstated as he was withheld from next contests once the school was made aware of the ejection, school to educate the coach on the importance of letting the administration know about any ejection;  Sacred Heart - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 2.6, accepted the school’s actions, no forfeitures required, to reinstate the eligibility of all students that received the flyer;  Sikeston - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 2.3, accepted school’s actions, school to forfeit any event participated in be ineligible student, student must sit out one meet once he becomes eligible next school year;  Sikeston - Self-reported a violation of By-law 2.2.3.d, accepted school’s actions, school to forfeit appropriate events, student to be reinstated after sitting out one meet, coaches need to check daily absentee reports at the office.

                Recommend action by school be accepted and administration acknowledged for self-reporting with no further action - Brunswick - Self reported a violation of By-Laws 2.2. 2 and 2.2.5, accepted school’s actions, no forfeitures required, both students ineligible for 365 days, the school may ask for the junior student to regain eligibility next school year, after he has completed court requirements and set out at least two contests in the next season;  Chaffee - Self-reported a violation of By-Laws 2.2.2 and 2.2.5, accepted school’s actions, no forfeitures required, student’s eligibility may be reinstated due to information that no charges have been filed;  Pleasant Hill - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 3.4 (Clerical Error), the 7th grade brother was placed on the high school baseball eligibility roster in error, the 9th grade brother’s name was omitted for the baseball roster, no forfeitures required, the 7th graders is fully eligible and his eight consecutive semesters for high school have not begun.
