2023 Summer MSHSAA Adjudicator Training Sessions 

 There will be two in-person MSHSAA Music Adjudicator Training Seminars held this summer in conjunction with the Missouri Bandmasters Association and the Missouri Choral Directors Association summer conferences.  If you would like to register for either session, simply complete the appropriate registration form located at the bottom of this article. 

The specific objectives of the program are: 

  • To make the adjudication process a constructive and education experiene for all participants in the MSHSAA Evaluative Music Festivals.
  • To establish a consistent evalution process by adjudicators at all MSHSAA Music Festivals.
  • To establish an ongoing system of certification for music adjudicators.
  • To establish an ongoing system of evaluation for music adjudicators.

These sessions are open to any music educator at no charge.  In order to become certified to adjudicate at the MSHSAA Festivals, it is a requirement that the attendees have seven years of teaching experience.  Music educators will less than seven years teaching experience are welcome to attend and would likely find the session beneficial.  Again, to register, simply click on the appropriate link below to access the pre-registration form and return to the MSHSAA office by the deadline indicate on the form.  MSHSAA needs a minimum of ten (10) preregistrations for each conference in order to conduct the training session.
