Gateway Science Academy is seeking a passionate and committed Girls Soccer Head Coach for the 2027–2028 school year who is ready to build, lead, and grow our program. We are looking for a coach who prioritizes player development, establishes a strong team culture, and is excited to take our program to the next level.

The ideal candidate will:

·  Develop student-athletes both on and off the field

·  Create structured, engaging practices focused on skill development

·  Build a positive, accountable, and competitive team culture

·  Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and school staff

·  Take ownership of the program and contribute to its long-term growth

Requirements:

·  Meet all legal requirements and Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification requirements

·  Meet all qualifications established by the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA)

·  Previous coaching experience preferred
