The national sex offender registry check required by the MSHSAA is just one of the many types of checks regulated by the FCRA.

Although you are not consenting to, nor is the MSHSAA conducting, any type of check other than the national sex offender registry, the FCRA requires we provide you with this Summary of Rights document. The presence of this document in no way implies the MSHSAA is engaging in any of the activities protected by the FCRA.

The MSHSAA is conducting only the national sex offender registry check, and no information obtained by the MSHSAA, or our service provider Screen Assist, will be distributed, sold or otherwise, to any entity for any other purpose.
