Longtime MSHSAA Executive Stacy Schroeder Inducted into Missouri Sports Hall of Fame
Former MSHSAA Senior Associate Executive Director Stacy Schroeder was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026, recognizing her decades of dedication and contributions to high school activities across Missouri.
Schroeder began her tenure with the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) in 1994 and played an instrumental role in shaping numerous programs and policies throughout her 31 years of service before retiring in July 2025.
Throughout her career, Schroeder oversaw several MSHSAA activities, including Volleyball, Swimming & Diving and Scholar Bowl. Her expertise in eligibility interpretations, handbook preparation, personnel management, school membership and classification proved invaluable to the Association and its member schools.
Her leadership also extended to the national level, where she served on multiple National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) committees, helping advance interscholastic activities beyond Missouri.
One of Schroeder's final and most significant contributions was authoring the MSHSAA Centennial Book titled MSHSAA’s First Century - 1926 to 2026, documenting the Association's rich 100-year history and preserving its legacy for future generations.
