Summary of Dance Advisory Committee – September 30, 2009

*    1.    Recommend placing an item on the Annual Ballot to amend MSHSAA By-Law 281 increasing the maximum number of contests from four to seven per year beginning with the 2010-11 school year.

2.    Recommend a letter be sent to the NFHS expressing concerns with national competitions that are not following NFHS Spirit Rules and that a copy of the correspondence is forwarded to dance coaches and administrators registered for the activity of dance with MSHSAA.
