This will be a closed meeting, closed record, closed vote session of the MSHSAA. Only the official school representative, parent(s) and student shall be in attendance within the closed session. Other individuals present to present first hand information shall remain in the lobby until requested to be present in the hearing and shall leave the closed meeting following the individual’s presentation. Legal counsel, if in attendance, is welcome to sit in on the session. In the essence of administering an efficient session, all participating parties should be ready when requested to join the meeting.

Anyone attending a meeting of the MSHSAA Appeals Committee who requires auxiliary aids or services should request such services by contacting the Executive Director of the MSHSAA, telephone 573/875-4880, no later than 48 hours before the meeting.
