2016 MSHSAA One-Day Cheer Clinic Registration Instructions

 

The 2016 MSHSAA One-Day Cheer Clinics will be held the week of June 13-16, for MSHSAA member schools.  You will find the brochure including the registration form on the MSHSAA website (www.mshsaa.org) by selecting the link 'Spirit Activities'.  The brochure and information regarding the clinic will appear under the heading 'Resources'.

Registration/Fees:  The registration fee is $25.00 per participant for registration forms postmarked by May 6th.  The registration fee for forms postmarked May 7th or later will be $30.00 per participant.  All registered participants will receive a MSHSAA spirit t-shirt!  Please indicate the size and number of t-shirts needed, the clinic site you will be attending and a topic recommendation for the Coaches Roundtable Session on the registration form.

DO NOT SEND PAYMENT!!!!  MSHSAA will invoice the school for the registraiton fee listed on the form.

Walk-in registrations on the day of the clinic shall be invoiced to the school at $30.00 per participant.  No payments will be accepted at the clinic site as schools will be invoiced directly by MSHSAA.  Simply complete the registration form and hand it to the site manager to forward to the MSHSAA office. 

Each school should submit only one registration form for each school attending (no individual registrations please).

Timeline:  All completed registration forms are to be submitted directly to the MSHSAA office including the t-shirt size information and topic for the Coaches Roundtable Session.  Please note the registration fee structure and deadline dates listed above.  In order to guarantee a t-shirt the day of the clinic, registration forms must be postmarked and mailed to the MSHSAA office by May 6th. 

DO NOT FAX AND MAIL THE REGISTRATION FORM.  YOU WILL BE INVOICED TWICE!

Schools that send registration forms postmarked after May 6th will have t-shirts shipped directly to the school in late July/early August and will be invoiced accordingly (refer to Registration/Fees above). 

Refunds:  Schools that pre-register and are unable to attend the clinic may request a refund by going to the MSHSAA website; select the link 'Spirit Activities' and print off the 'Request for Refund Form' to complete and fax to the MSHSAA office.  Refunds will be in the amount of $10.00 per registered participant.  The t-shirt is yours to keep.  All refund requests must be received by June 17, 2016.
