MSHSAA is accepting sight reading selections for the following classification and event types for the 2023 MSHSAA State Large Group Music Festivals.

Anyone interested in submitting selection(s) for consideration to be used must follow the criteria listed below. Selections chosen will become the property of the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA). A $250 stipend will be paid for each title selected. Deadline to submit selection(s) is July 15, 2023. Inquiries for additional information should be sent to Davine Davis, Assistant Executive Director for Music Activities at the MSHSAA office.
Composition criteria by classification is available for viewing on the MSHSAA website (www.mshsaa.org) under the 'Music Activities" link "Vocal Sight Reading Composition Criteria for Sight Reading (All Classes)".
The seletion(s) should be submitted in PDF format, with each measure numbered and may be emailed to email@mshsaa.org; place Attention: Davine Davis in the subject line. A recording of the work may be included but is not required.
