Visitation Academy, an independent Catholic school offering a coeducational Montessori program in Grades Toddler through Kindergarten and an all-girl environment in Grades 1 through 12, seeks an Upper School Director of Athletics to lead a well-established, high-participation athletics program that is deeply supported by the school community and leadership.
This role offers a meaningful opportunity to strengthen program coherence, enhance the student-athlete experience, and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic, mission-aligned athletics culture. The Director of Athletics will join a collaborative leadership environment committed to long-term program health, operational clarity, and sustained program development.
Qualifications:
· Experience in athletics leadership, preferably in an independent or mission-driven school
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Experience supervising or supporting coaches
· Student-centered leadership orientation
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Must be able to support the Catholic mission of the school
