2. Recommend the use of an electronic submission format for state entries with email verification of the psych sheet back to schools for the 2006-07 school year. (Tabled)

3. Recommend that the Performance Certification Sheets no longer be faxed to MSHSAA prior to the state meet. Swim coaches must provide proof of qualifying time by the end preliminaries if swimmer does not meet the qualifying time during preliminaries at the state meet. MSHSAA will send a letter of reprimand to schools that fail to provide proof of qualifying time. (Denied)

4. Recommend to return to the format used in previous years when listing heat sheets in the MSHSAA official program (one heat per page, increase font and include line for finals) and change heading from “Overall” to “State Meet” under records. (No action)

11. Recommend to increase the general swimming warm-up time for each group from 15 minutes to 20 minutes and that the following adjustments be made to lane assignments during warm-ups:

1:35-1:55 p.m. - Group 2 Laps

1:55-2:15 p.m. - Group 3 Laps

2:15-2:25 p.m. - Group 3 Take-offs
