Pairings for the State Wrestling championships are made by three predetermined rotations. Each weight class was drawn independently for the 2012 Wrestling Championships as recommended by the Wrestling Advisory Committee.

Simply match the weight class and line number to determine district placings. All classifications (Class 1, 2, 3, 4) use the same formula. |
