On Saturday, September 9th, 2023 Northwest High School will host its 58th annual cross country invitational. We would like to invite you to participate in this event.

Time: Coaches meeting at 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria
Parking: Free spectator parking and shuttles will be available at Northwest Valley Middle School 4300 Gravois Rd, House Springs, MO 63051.
Limited spectator parking will be available at the course for $5 (cash)per car.
Bus Parking: Will be at Northwest Valley Middle School 4300 Gravois Rd, House Springs, MO 63051

Distance: High School: 5000 Meters
Middle School: 3200 Meters
Entries: Entries should be completed at mo.milesplit.com no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 7th, 2023.

9:00 a.m. Varsity Boys (top 7 runners)
9:20 a.m. Middle School Awards
9:30 a.m. Varsity Girls (top 7 runners)
10:00 a.m. Junior Varsity Boys (unlimited)
10:30 a.m. Junior Varsity Girls (unlimited)
