D 1. Recommend
applications for the 2009-2010 Leadership Conference and Student Advisory
Council be open and directed to incoming sophomore and junior status
students. School year beginning 2010-2011
applications for the Leadership Conference and Student Advisory Council is open
and directed to incoming sophomore status students only.
Y 2. Went
on record to request that Mr. West formulate a mission statement for the
council.
Y 3. Went
on record inquiring about presentations at MIAAA and MASSP conferences. If neither is available Council would like to
work at MSHSAA booth at MIAAA conference.
Y 4. Went
on record requesting that if said presentations occur some type of matching
wear be available. Sweater Vests with
the SAC logo was the consensus.
Y 5. Recommends
that the Student Advisory Council regularly scheduled meeting should occur on
Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday here after.
Council will also have an informal meeting the evening prior to the
Sportsmanship Summit.
