1. Recommend that a three-person subcommittee of the Cross Country Advisory Committee be formed to analyze a possible method of qualification to the State Championships in Class 4 by rotating the sectional assignments every two years, with districts 1-4 forming one rotational group and districts 5-8 forming another rotational group. 2. Recommend that a three-person subcommittee of the Cross Country Advisory Committee be formed to analyze the possibility of adding sectional meets for Class 3 schools. (Approved)
