Recommend: Include in the Manager’s Manual: District and Sectional hosts are expected to provide an adequate number of marshals, placed in strategic locations throughout the cross country course.

Recommend: Include in the Manager’s Manual: The first race of the day should be scheduled for 10:00 a.m., with consideration being given if any team must travel more than 100 miles.
