c. Review Tie-Breaker Procedure (Miller/Davis)

- Develop procedure for 4-way tie situation

7. Miscellaneous / Agenda Amendments: If items are added to the agenda at the meeting, the agenda must be amended via a motion, second and majority vote, in order to discuss and take action.
