2020 MSHSAA One-Day Cheer and Dance Clinic Registration Instructions


The 2020 MSHSAA One-Day Cheer and Dance Clinics will be held the week of June 15-18, 2020, for MSHSAA member schools.  You will find the informational brochure by clicking on the link at the bottom of this article.

Registration/Fees:  The registration fee is $25.00 per participant for registration submitted by May 8th.  The registration fee for registrations submitted after May 8th or later will be $30.00 per participant.  All registered participants will receive a MSHSAA cheer or dance t-shirt depending upon which clinic you are attending!  Please indicate the size and number of t-shirts needed, the clinic site you will be attending and a topic recommendation for the Coaches Roundtable Session during the online registration process.

Please note the change of location for the One Day Cheer Clinic on Monday, June 15th.  The location has been changed to Smith-Cotton Middle School and not at the high school.  The information on the online registration form is correct.

DO NOT SEND PAYMENT!!!!  MSHSAA will invoice the school for the registraiton fee listed on the form.

Walk-in registrations on the day of the clinic shall be invoiced to the school at $30.00 per participant.  No payments will be accepted at the clinic site as schools will be invoiced directly by MSHSAA.  Simply complete the registration form and hand it to the site manager to forward to the MSHSAA office. 

Each school should submit only one online registration for each school attending (no individual registrations please).  If your school is attending a cheer and dance clinic you will submit 2 online registrations (one for cheer and one for dance).  

Timeline:  All online registrations are to be submitted using the Online Registration Process through the 'Schools' tab of the MSHSAA website, including the t-shirt size information and topic for the Coaches Roundtable Session.  Please note the registration fee structure and deadline dates listed above.  In order to guarantee a t-shirt the day of the clinic, online registrations must be submitted via the MSHSAA website by May 8th. 

Schools that submit registrations after May 8th will have t-shirts shipped directly to the school in late July/early August and will be invoiced accordingly (refer to Registration/Fees above). The window to submit online registrations will close on June 5th.

Refunds:  Schools that pre-register and are unable to attend the clinic may request a refund by going to the MSHSAA website; select the link 'Spirit Activities' and print off the 'Request for Credit Form' to complete and return to the MSHSAA office.  Credits will be in the amount of $10.00 per registered participant.  The t-shirt is yours to keep.  All credit requests must be received by June 19, 2020.
