November 2013 Public Forum Debate Topic

Resolved:  The benefits of domestic surveillance by the NSA outweigh the harms.
 

A total of 428 schools and 138 students voted for the resolution. The winning resolution received received 78% of the school vote and 73% percent of the student vote.
