District Entry Forms Now Completed Electronically

In an effort to cut down on paperwork, as well as keep up with technology, the District Entry forms are now on-line.  Using information already provided on the MSHSAA website, parts of the form(s) will be already populated.  Part of the reasoning behind this move is to help the District Managers pull all of the information he/she needs at one time.  With one step the District Manager will be able to pull up all of the pass lists for the schools coming to the tournament.  He/she will also be able to gather each school's roster, making it easier to develop souvenir programs, etc.

Now that these forms are to be completed electronically, the paper District Entry forms will no longer be accepted via fax or e-mail. The following link is to a PDF document that will assist in completing the district entries.
