          4.   Self-Reported Violations and/or Requests for Lesser Penalties (By-Law 5.4):

                Recommend action by school be accepted with reprimand issued and administration acknowledged for self-reporting - East Prairie  - Self-reported a violation of By-laws 3.9 and 3.10 by allowing an athlete to play in contests before the appropriate number of practices had been completed, the school was out of session due to inclement weather and the number of practices the athlete participated in were miscalculated, school putting procedures in place to avoid a violation of this nature in the future, no forfeitures required;  Lindbergh - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 2.3.2 by allowing a senior athlete to drop a class making him academically ineligible, the student has been enrolled in the proper amount of credits and his eligibility is to be reinstated, no forfeitures are required;  Maysville - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 2.3.2 by allowing an academically ineligible student to compete in three JV cross country meets, upon detection of the violation the student was removed from the team, the three contests in which the student participated are to be forfeited, the student is granted a lesser penalty in which his eligibility will be reinstated following gaining academic eligibility he is to be withheld from three contests;  Miller Career Academy - Self-reported violations of By-Laws 3.4 and 3.1 by the tennis program operating as a club status when in fact they were a MSHSAA registered team, rosters and schedules were not completed, the school is to forfeit all contests for the girls tennis season, procedures are being put in place to avoid a violation of this nature in the future;  Northwest (Cedar Hill) - Self-Reported a violation of By-Law 2.3 by allowing a soccer athlete to drop a class making him academically ineligible, error detected when winter sport check was made, student in credit recovery to be completed by the end of 1st semester, granted lesser penalty and no forfeits required;  Novinger - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 3.10.4 by the school filing a Standard Transfer on a student when a Hardship Transfer was required, upon detection of the error the correct paperwork was completed, the student was fully eligible, no forfeitures are required;  Park Hill - Self-reported a violation of NFHS Wrestling Rule, school participated in an out-of-state wrestling tournament in which a weigh-in occurred the night before the match, coach indicated Missouri could not weigh-in the night before, due to inclement weather the director indicated he had permission from the National Federation to do so, no forfeitures required;  Putnam County - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 3.10.4 by a student who was a long-time student of the school left your school and attended another school for two days, upon returning to your school the proper transfer paperwork was not completed, upon detection of the violation the paperwork was completed for the school, student fully eligible, no forfeitures required;  Ritenour - Self-reported a violation of By-Laws 2.3 and 4.1.6 by allowing an academically ineligible student to march in a parade representing the school, upon detection of the violation the school forfeited the trophy won in the competition, school is putting procedures in place to avoid a similar violation in the future;  Scotland County - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 3.21.1 by allowing an athlete to exceed the number of quarters allowed on a single playing date, opposing school was notified of the violation, due to loss of contest no forfeiture made, athlete restricted to five quarters of play on the next playing date;  West Plains - Self-reported a violation of By-law 3.10.4 by allowing a student to participate in basketball before transfer information filed on the student, the athlete was a previous student of the school and when she returned to the school did not participate in any fall sports, school has filed appropriate transfer, school to put procedures in place to avoid a similar violation, no forfeitures required.

                Recommend action by school be accepted and administration acknowledged for self-reporting with no further action –  Normandy - Self-reported a violation of By-Law 3.8.1 by the head basketball coach conducting practices without some of the team members physical forms on file, head coach suspended for seven games, athletes to have their eligibility reinstated after the physical requirements have been met, no forfeitures are required.

          5.   Application for approval of Senior High School Cooperative Sponsorships (By-Law 1.4.1):  Hale and Bosworth high schools - Baseball, Boys and Girls Basketball, Girls Softball, and Boys and Girls Track (2014-15 & 2015-16);  Miller and Everton high schools - 11-Man Football (2014-15 & 2015-16).
