October 3, 2007

1.    Recommend establish the following topic for the 2007-08 MSHSAA Junior High Sportsmanship Essay Contest: “What can my school do to promote positive sportsmanship and who could lead the way.” (approved).

2.    Recommend modifying the MSHSAA Leadership School application bonus points section (letter f) from a 5-point bonus to a 10-point bonus for school attendance and participation in the MSHSAA Sportsmanship Summit. (approved)

3.    Recommend expanding the MSHSAA Sportsmanship/Citizenship Committee to include one ex-officio representative from the fine arts activities. (approved)
